On Tue, March 3rd at 10:53 AM ET the Bizzabo R&D team performed a regular maintenance to the Bizzabo backend. Ongoing maintenance is designed to not cause any downtime or service disruption. However, an issue with Bizzabo automation scripts caused a maintenance action to fail, resulting in a partial service disruption, in which a limited number of users had issues accessing the platform.

At 11:00 AM ET a fix has been deployed and the system started to gradually recover.

By 11:07 AM ET the system had recovered completely and access for all users had been restored.
